Competitive Edge Solutions (CES) now offers the Volleyball Institute (VI) for a wide
variety of summer volleyball opportunities in our facility. CES offers one sport court and plenty
of space for all your volleyball and training needs!

| This is a great opportunity to get in the gym this summer to improve your strength, speed, vertical jump,
skills and team interaction prior to your upcoming Volleyball season; giving you and your program a head
start in training. |
CES now offers the Volleyball Institute and open gym to volleyball players of all ages wanting
to have fun getting touches on the ball and playing games at any level. We offer 2400 square
feet of SPORT COURT and all the equipment necessary to meet your volleyball needs.
Now through June 22nd open gym sessions will be FREE to all participants.
After June 22nd, come in and play all you want for only $5 per person for an hour session!
Hours are open for players daily from 6am to 10 pm. Please call to set up more specific sessions
for your convenience.
Setting, Defense, and Fundamental Skills sessions are available for athletes.
- One-on-one lessons: $50 per hour
- Two players: $40 per person/hour
- Three players: $30 per person/hour
- Four or more: $25 per person/hour

VI is available for athletes to come in and work together as a team to start building that essential
team chemistry. Sessions are available as soon and as often as desired and can be scheduled at your
convenience. Get your team in to play starting now through August 12th in preparation for your upcoming
season.·
- Single Session: $75
- 5 Sessions: $350 ($70/session)
- 10 Sessions: $650 ($65/session)
- 15 Sessions: $900 ($60/session)
* Sessions are 1 hour in length and include guidance from instructors if desired. Call or email to schedule times.
Strength and agility workouts are available at CES and can be specially designed to meet your needs with the assistance
of a personal trainer. Advantages include:

Workouts in any of the above areas can be included and combined with any of the programs listed in this brochure.

Sara Doschadis is a graduate of Champlin Park High School in 2002 where she excelled in volleyball
and fastpitch softball. She continued her volleyball career at South Dakota State University where
she competed at the Division I level as a libero/defensive specialist. She has extensive experience
in coordinating, coaching, and running camps and clinics through SDSU, Hamline University,
Champlin Park, and Club SoDa Volleyball club (South Dakota).

Molly Staton is a graduate of Anoka High School in 2007 where she was an All-Conference setter.
She will be attending St. Thomas University to play volleyball in the Fall of 2007.
She currently plays for Minnesota One Volleyball Club on the 18-1 team.
